glucosamine/chondroiten is a supplement is only PROVEN and i mean barely helping at all, in the knee joints other than that it really doesnt do much for your joints at all and it is made for restoration of the cartilage between the joints thus not going to help w/ the CONNECTIVE tissue i.e. ligatments/tendon pain that originate from win.. there fore i wouldnt bother with such a product deca is the only thing i knwo that works for joints and thats it
deca :)
Yea, I always felt glucosamine was a waste of money. Var seems to help.Quote:

MSM, is pretty good.

I don't want to add deca just to support the joints, plus I will be taking 30 mg win per day.
Vitor, MSM and glucosamin is better than CSA and glucosamin ?? Which one is better?
I use to get terrible joint issues with winny until i found the right amount of weeks to use it for at the correct dose for me,now no joint pains and i use alot of winny when am cycling.
Try cutting the weeks down while using winny it helped me
Heard fish oil helps also. Also ditto with deca.
