    letting methyl 1 dissolve under ur tongue?

    under the as profiles it says for methyl 1 test that you can let the caps dissolve under your tongue? ne ever tried this? notice a difference or nething at all? thank

    my friends taking that as well he tried it i guess that it gets into your blood stream faster so that it hits yiou faster
