    Controlling Bloat and Water Retention

As running any type of test will show, water retention is always going to occur. Is running ancilliaries during the cycle (A/L-dex for example) enough to bring down the level of water retention or can an over the counter diuretic be used. the only problem i have with the latter is you need some water (a natural level) in your system to have good workouts and in essence function as a human. When lifting you need "grease" on your joints and ligaments. What do you guys think.

letro i believe is the most effective way to keep water weight down. I wouldn't recommend using a diuretic unless your preparing to compete.

I would just stick with a good AI, a-dex and letro are good.

Why are you so worried about water retention?

might sound odd, but my entire family are doctors and they know if I'm juicing just based on if my face is puffy, let alone my body. im about to do test enan and just do not want to make it too obvious so i want to keep water retention at a controllable level.

I would be more worried about gaining so much muscle so fast, not retaining water. Tell em youve been tanning if they comment on your complection and that you take creatine if they mention you look bloated or puffy.

I agree. You can control your water retention some what in what you eat.Or retain water retention properly.ie.sodium=puffer fish.

ya i haven't really noticed any water retention from my test E, i know i probably am retaining some water but nothing thats really visible, and nothing to the point where people are coming up to me and asking me about it. Its more that their coming up to me and saying "your shoulders have gotten alot wider", or "your getting alot thicker". I wouldn't worry to much about it bro just play along with it and use the old creatine technique.
