    Test Cyp. And Deca Progress

    just want to let you guys how i am doing so far.... started my fist cycle of test cyp. and decca approx. 4 weeks. so far i have gained 14 pounds from 160lbs. to 174lbs, via both fat and muscle. I havene't notice any strength gains but i did notice a little endurance on Friday when i hit the weights. quick questions?

    decca 375mg per week
    test cyp 440 per week.

    should i run this for 8 or 10 weeks?

    I would go with 10 weeks bro and stop the Deca a week before the Test E

    Yeah ten weeks sounds about right.I dont understand that you havent gotten any stregnth gains even after you've gained 14 lbs?how much protein are you taking in?

    not quite sure how much protein but most likely about 200g

    i think i might not be taking in enough carbs??? how many grams and any suggestons

    1.5-2 g of protein per lb of body weight and at least 3000 calories a day

    i belive i am consuming that much... thanks!i think that the strength gains are minimal becauese i just started lifting aftr about 4-5 years.

    And decided to jump start your gains with AAS?

    i know nobody on this site agrees with the idea but it is working... for now and i had already started. just looking for some more feed back bro...

    lol, of course it's "working". be carefull though man. when those strength gains do hit you hard, there's no telling if you body is ready
