    new and need input

I'm 23 and have tried all kinds of lifting and diet regimens. The fact is my family is all made of bean poles. Nowhere in my genes do i have a chance. I've tried to go at the natural approach the last 4 years and i give up. I got so frustrated that i fell into the trap of junk labs that waste money. I'm 6"0 and 140. I used to be 160 but i just cant keep eating myself out of house and home. All I'm asking for is to get some lbs back without doing damage. I'm not asking to blow up, but decent gains would be great. I feel so thin and horrible right now. What should i do before i do anything rash.

Gear is no help to you then sir.

To grow on gear you have to 'eat yourself out of house and home'

What was your diet like when you got to 160 lbs?

What is your diet like now?

when i was up to 160 i was eating a ton of carbs, more importantly though i was fairly inactive during the week. As it stands now i am constantly working and on the move. My metabolism is rediculously fast.
