Should I go to the ER for this? Help

I've took a shot of 1.5 ml Test E in my shoulder Sunday night and my hand was a bit shakey so it did hurt a bit. yesterday Monday my shoulder was hurting a bit more.
so monday i worked out on my shoulders and now there is a terrible pain in my shoulder that i woke my up to write this now @ 3:54 AM.
i really can't sleep it is too painful. any idea about that please?

I presume you are quite experienced in injecting and havent had this problem before... so it's time to head for the doctor and tell him whats going on. Better to get it over and done with now

Is it swollen and hot to touch ? If so go to the Dr, if not take some pain killers and see how it is on the morning

i used to do 2 cc's in my shoulder with tne. but no longer because of the same problem. if it is not swollen and red. i wouldn't worry to much about it. is it a homebrew? you might just have to shoot in a bigger muscle like thigh or glute. i have done my traps once. no problem going in, but the next day i kept waking up as well. don't think i will shoot there anymore. if not swollen and red don't worry sounds like too much liquid under a tendon or something like that.
