PCT for first cycle.

In a couple of weeks I'll be running my first cycle consisting of:
1-4 Dbol 30mg ED
1-12 Test E 500mg/week
letro .25 ED

I was planning on doing either a Nolva only PCT or Nolva and L-Dex. (I want to stay away from clomid because of the sides I hear about)

But anyway, my question is what dosages should I be using for PCT? For the only nolva PCT I would think about 40mg ED, but I'm not so sure how to adjust that if I add L-dex

Any suggstions?

20mg ed for nolva. Anymore than this will do nothing for your intended purpose. You can continue running your l-dex at .25mg ed throughout. PCT will be 4-6 weeks. When you start waking up with hard-ons, that's usually a good sign that PCT is about done.

I'd still recommend clomid however. The sides aren't as bad as some make it out to be.

Add in aromasin and Vit E, and that's supposed to be the most effective PCT. But may be overkill for this type of cycle though.

What's your protocal Swifto, specifically the HCG?

wk 1-3 HCG 1000ius/ED (Mon/Wed/Fri)
wk 1-5 Nolva 20mg/ED
wk 1-6 Proviron 50mg/ED
Vit-E also.

You could extend the Proviron to as many weeks as it has been known to be a good bridge between cycles. I use 50mg/ED for my PCT, but, for my next PCT I may try 6 weeks of 50mg/ED, then drop to 25mg/ED for another few weeks and see how much I attain from my cycle.

And Deluge1, l-dex is not necessary, but is prefered with that type of PCT.
