    Digital Scales Are Horrible...

lately ive been fluctuating when it comes time to weigh myself and see how ive done for the week, or every few days. sometimes i can gain 10 lbs in 2 days and other days ill drop 10-15lbs randomly....

so i finally decided to just get on the scale 10 times in a row after i reset it, and noticed during those 10 times i gained 5 pounds twice in 30 seconds and then proceeded to loose 7 right after then and kinda rotated between those the rest of the times.

i realize this has nothing to do with steroids but none the less im sure yall will get a kick laughing at my digital scale story....

PS:I will never buy another digital scale again.... lol

I keep a 25# dumbell by my digital scale (it can't be calibrated) so I check it with the dumbell everyday! It flucuates between 1 and 2 pounds off daily. Also my weight will fluctuate during the day due to water weight and food so I weigh myself everyday in the morning after first pee ...lolol also have a bodyfat machine to go by instead of weight alone
