    Exclamation What F Just Happened

    so i was shooting in my left glute i stuck it in and as it pierced the muscle my lgute starting twitching hardcore so i pulled out stuck it back it in and it did it again, so I said F it and shot my quad this has neevr happened before what happened

    You might have grazed your sciatic nerve...That type of violent muscle contraction is usually related to hitting a nerve on the way in with the pin.

    Good decision to use another site for the injection...

    yeah thats never happened before i was like what the hell was that, I mean its the smae spot on the glute I usally hit so i dont know

    yeah I think im gonna stay away from my left glute for a couple of weeks and just shoot right glute and quads

    I'm afraid to try that. I think I can reach, I just don't know how many nerves/veins are there, plus I know it'll hurt like hell the first time.

    Tricep is a good choice... but I do not know how you guys can reach them to shoot properly... shoulder is tough for most I know of... tricep is impossible...


    another good area is the calves... and much easier to reach....


    and yes you hit to close to a nerve...

    that happened to me before i hit a nerve i think than my legs started to twitch but i think it may have been muscle spasms or something any idea.
