Check out some of the educational threads, and yes it happens to most of us our first time around (i'm assuming its your first cycle), you should be injecting in the upper/outer portion of your glute faaaar away from the sciatic, and most of the other nerves/vessels and all that good stuff. Also make sure to rotate injection sites every IM shot, not sure if you meant youve been injecting in the right glute the whole time or on and off. Here is a great educational thread that I've posted three times in the last 20 minutes. Have a nice cup of java, put on a jazz record, and read on brother, hope this clears things up. Knowledge is power.

It might be caused from shaking the needle while it's in your bum. Do you inject at 90 degree angles in / out with a steady hand while you aspirate and inject? Just a suggestion, one of my buddies darted me once and he thinks its better at a 45 degree angle (we had a "the world is flat" arguement for the next hour at the gym afterwards), which he didnt tell me until afterwards, and he does not have very refined motor skills. Hes a dolt when it comes to working with hands, or typing or anything like that. I got something sort of similar to what your describing.

I wouldnt worry about an infection unless you do your business in a less than sterile environment, and do not sterilize the injection site before and after, or dont change pins to draw/jab from a multi-dose (amps are fine). But more than likely you will be ok, just follow Bino's advice and if it doesnt get better in a couple of days, go see your doctor. Better safe then sorry.
