Broi I hope you are not serious about this question. But if you aren't it's cool. Sex will never have a bad effect on your cycle. It's cardio. However, watch out for the deca dick. And take some test...the lady will love it. lol!

when you have sex it does take a shit load of energy out of you my training is never as intense. boxers and other athletes arent alowed sex weeks before fights or comps its not a bad question maybe someone knows more
