4 questions about nolvadex

My cycle looks like this......
10 weeks of sus 250 500 mg a week shots split up eod
nolva for 1 week prior to cycle and 20 mg ed thru cycle......i already have naturally puffy nips and i am worried about gyno
so question 1 is
1-should i run nolva straight thru my last shot until pct or cut it out from last shot until pct starts....i am starting pct 18 days after last sus shot
2-how much tamox citrate do i need to get 20mg of nolv a day?????????(is 20mg of tamox citrate = to 20mg of nolv)

3-should i run l-dex with pct and if so how much......i was planning on clomid but i think i am getting swayed by negative feedbacks

4-should i cut nolvadex to 10 mg a day thru cycle

4-I would do 10mg at that dose of test

Keep taking it throughout the cycle and pct

Take 10/20mg daily

I would choice clomid for myself

start on 10mg and if you start to any problems up the dose.
