Everyone is different, but I would say 15-20lbs.
Hard to say ,alot is down to the diet and how you personally build muscle and hold water
also how hard you train,,,, and pct
My suggestion ?
change:
Dbol 30mg/ED wk 1-4
to:
Dbol 20mg/ED wk 1-7
Methandion works at low dosage, atleast in my case.
I can go low as 15 mg ed and still make noticable gains
I've seen my buddies go sky-high with these 2 compunds, probably in mid july I´ll do a similar cycle as you, only I'm heading at lower dosage with dbol and add proviron and nolva as pct

Test E 500mg/week he said only wk 1-10, for personal reasons.
Dbol 30mg/ED wk 1-4
Nolvadex 20mg/ED wk 1-10 (and PCT)
Clomid 100 to 50 mg/ED PCT
Yes, its his first cycle, he is 25, and has everything like workout experiance, diet, and cardio all in check.
