Its called 'Letro', or Femera.

You may need it depending on how sensitive you are to estrogen related side effects. I'd suggest another AI, such as, Arimidex or Aromasin and Letro can drive estrogen levels too low. Its only really used for those you suffer from estrogen related sides a lot and for contest preperation. I like to use Proviron 25-50mg/ED which keeps the water retention and keeps SHBG low also.

Preventing gyno is far easier and cheaper then curing it, once formed. I never ran Nolva with my first cycle, but had it on hand. I'd keep it on hand and run it at 20-40mg/ED if sides arise, then run a maintenence dose of 10-20mg/ED throughout and during PCT incase a estrogen rebound occurs.

I'd say keep it on hand, then run it if ANY sides arise. Itchy, irritated, puffy nipples with any lumps under or around the nipple. But, dont be paranoid.

If you already have nolva, just make sure you have extra incase you need it because of gyno or estrogen related sides. Besides that, you shouldn't need it. I wouldn't worry about letro if you have nolva on hand.

no do not take letro with nolva. the nolva will lower the levels of letro in your blood
