Anytime will work...I just try to be consistent. If you were to shoot morning one day and then eveing the next, it kinda defeats the purpose of shooting ED. For me, its first thing in the morning. I have had some soreness if I go to sleep on a shoulder full of oil.

Oh tren insomnia is hell. I have my computer in my room, so each night I usually throw a few posts on here befoer I go to bed and put on a movie (it helps me sleep to hear people talking in movies-dont ask why). Well on tren I usually end up watching the entire movie and wondering when the hell Im gonna get to sleep. Then I wake up every hour or two not tired. But then in the morning when my actual alarm goes off I am extremely tired.

I dont really like to use sleep aids because of the adverse sides they can bring on, even OTC sleep aids (they can cause depression, headaches, anxiety and emotional issues, decrease in alertness etc).

All you can do it put up with it and make sure you room is at a comfortable temp.

FYI, Tylenol PM doesnt have any sides.

I hope this is a joke.
You realize you just said that a combination of acetaminophen and diphenhydramine hydro-chloride cause NO side effects...

Let me show you a few from diphenhydramine hydro-chloride alone:

General: Urticaria, drug rash, anaphylactic shock, photosensitivity, excessive perspiration, chills, dryness of mouth, nose, and throat.

Cardiovascular System: Hypotension, headache, palpitations, tachycardia, extrasystoles

Hematologic System: Hemolytic anemia, thrombocytopenia, agranulocytosis

Nervous System: Sedation, sleepiness, dizziness, disturbed coordination, fatigue, confusion, restlessness, excitation, nervousness, tremor, irritability, insomnia, euphoria, paresthesia, blurred vision, diplopia, vertigo, tinnitus, acute labyrinthitis, neuritis, convulsions

GI System: Epigastric distress, anorexia, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation

GU System: Urinary frequency, difficult urination, urinary retention, early menses

Respiratory System: Thickening of bronchial secretions, tightness of chest and wheezing, nasal stuffiness

Also you realize that tylenol PM is hepatotoxic as well, meaning in combination with hepatotoxic AAS your liver is not going to like you very much.

Let me assure you that nearly NO pharmacuetical sythetic compounds are going to yield zero side effects.

Okay okay, you got me. In MOST people tylenol PM is not going to give side effects consistant with all the other OTC sleep aids. Of course anything with acetaminophin may have side effects in some people. Obviously, if you down a 1/5th of Jack Daniels and take 4 tylenol PM's then yes you may suffer liver damage, and obviously if you are in the rare percentile that is acetominophin sensitive you may have some or many other side effects. However, in 99% of the people "we" can take tylenol PM and not have side effects common to other sleep aids like-

    next day drowsiness
    depression
    headaches
    overall bitch feelings

You gotta bear with me on the "no side effects" issue and understand im not willing to type out the entire list soley for the 1% that may experience them when im talking about sleep aid related side effects and not allergy or hypersensitivity related side effects.

Agreed. Those side effects are far-fetched to some degree, I mean there are side effects to everything and MOST people (like you stated) wont suffer from them. But its just like AAS, some people suffer from sides and some dont right? I just didnt like the fact that you said there is NONE, thats all bro.
I agree that they are limited and almost non-existent, but people must be aware that it is POSSIBLE, you see what Im saying.

True that. I had a buddy that used to go out binge drinking and would take an ass-load of acetaminophine the next day for a hangover cure. You've got to assume everyone is going to do it wrong and go from there. I would never dream of doing a big all oral cycle and drink and take tylenol but i assume everyone else would know better. My bad.

No worries man. Just gotta be careful with posts, A LOT of people view these threads everyday, some are just guests and dont sign up but may just read one post and go from there. Thats why I always say "I have never personally had side effects and no many people as well who havent." Something like that so its more personal and not looking fact-based.

    Cheers.
