The reason I have a concern for the bloat is that 3 weeks into the cycle I am going to start running some 40's, 60's, and 100's. They are pretty important to me and I just want to have the least amount of disadvantages, know what I mean. And I think that carrying the least amount of weight as possible (in terms of fat/water), is a good idea. So I'm trying to get my fat and water down as low as I possibly can.
As far as the AI, would the ldex do anything, or should I grab something like some letro. And will this keep my bloat down considerably?
