urine switching for drug test

do any of y'all know where to get a urine exchange kit and instructions like latimer does on the program? the steroid cleanse would be nice but i'm on deca and the NCAA only gives you 24 hours to report and give a sample so if i can't find out a way to get clean urine i'm screwed

Use short esthered steroids!
