    Cant get any bigger

    I am on my sixth week of my second cycle and have gained 10 pounds. The weight was coming on very rapidly at first at about 3lbs a week, but has now just stopped. My strength hasn’t really gone down or anything, but I cant get any bigger. I started the cycle with 100mg prop eod, for week 1-4 along with the test e at 600mg a week and the eq at 600mg a week. I have been running my letro since day one and have kept my diet right around 4500 cals a day along with counting my protein and a crazy amount of carbs because my body uses so much for maintenance that if I don’t eat a lot of carbs the weight just starts falling off. I plan on running this cycle for a total of 14 weeks. My first cycle was ran for 12 weeks and consisted of 500mg test e a week and 400mg eq a week, and I gained over 30lbs from the first time around. Any suggestions are appreciated.

    its the 6th week, the enanthate might not be at full power just yet....ive heard people on here say it takes them 10 weeks to feel 500mg/wk of test e....keep eatin bro and finish it out strong no matter what. maybe up ur calories.

    LBG what are your stats?

    Are you sure you're getting 4500 calories? Have you tracked everything you've eaten each day to make sure or is that just a wild guess?

    Did you take measurements at beginning of cycle and compare them to now?

    How much water are you drinking/day?

    All these questions and more could be used to determine your plateau.

    How do you know you are getting 4500 calories a day ?

    I measure out most all of my servings, unless im at work and somtimes i cant. Really i eat so much more than I did before because of the increased appetite that there is no was I cant be gaining any more. I eat like ever 2 hours, I drink 3 cytogainers with 2 cups of milk a day, which are almost 900 cals a peice. I drink a gallon of water at my apartment plus what I drink at each meal. All my meals consist of my carbs, plus steak, chicken or fish. Between meals I eat boiled eggs. My stats are Im 5'9 215lbs right around 8% bf, and 23 years old. I get plenty of sleep, always 7 or more hours plus take napes when Im not working, eating , or working out.

    Bro I dont no what your goals are but with these stats you must look like a fvcking greek god. How much bigger do you want to get ?

    maybe its just your imagination but that thing always happens to a friend of mine. he gains until the 6th week i think his receptors shut down fast so he needs to do 6 weeks cycles heavy dosed with quick acting steroids.

    Three cytogainer shakes/day... There is your problem.. drop them and get in real meals or drink half of amount of cyto w/meals.

    215 @8% is pretty impressive. You sure about your bodyfat? (You claimed you gained 10lbs in 6wks so that would've put you at around 205 @ 5-6% before cycle, highly doubtful).

    Agree. If those stats are right, then you are a friggen MONSTER. You mind posting a pick i wanne see what somebody wiht those stats look like.

    I want to bulk up as much a possible between now and next year. There is a local show they have every june around here. I have never done a show before, and I think that by next year after I diet down and when the show rolls around I will look great. The only reason I drink all the shakes is because I work alot and dont have time to eat all the time. Thanks though IBD, for actualy adressing the problem that I asked about. Anymore real advice is apreciated.

    what do u do for living,, and how exausting is it, on your muscles.
