I measure out most all of my servings, unless im at work and somtimes i cant. Really i eat so much more than I did before because of the increased appetite that there is no was I cant be gaining any more. I eat like ever 2 hours, I drink 3 cytogainers with 2 cups of milk a day, which are almost 900 cals a peice. I drink a gallon of water at my apartment plus what I drink at each meal. All my meals consist of my carbs, plus steak, chicken or fish. Between meals I eat boiled eggs. My stats are Im 5'9 215lbs right around 8% bf, and 23 years old. I get plenty of sleep, always 7 or more hours plus take napes when Im not working, eating , or working out.
