my cycle missing a whole week of training? i got hurt this past saturday and havent been able to walk all week but im healing a little quicker than i had thought and it looks like i may be able to get back into the gym next week. im trying to save a little bit of the discouragement im feeling now(unless its necessary and im screwed) about missing a whole week. do you think im gonna go in and pick up where i left off or do you think i have pretty much shut the gains off for this cycle and im gonna have some catching up to do? im 7 weeks in my cycle now. i have laid on the couch everyday and havent lifetd more than a glass of water to my mouth. bout as far as i go(crawling or getting pushed in my desk chair) is to the bathroom and to the computer.
