time between cycle

hey guys if someone just finished up 12 week 400 per week eq cycle..what would be the min. time before start next one,, have heard and read here:time on = time off, however just wondering, since it was such a mild cycle, If someone could start a cycle 5weeks later. 3 weeks after pct..?

time on + pct from cycle = time off

Time on = Time off

If 12 weeks you run you cycle plus 2 weeks of PCT = 14 weeks

14 weeks on = 14 weeks off

For the safest its this way for me personally

i run 12 week cycle plus 2 weeks PCT = 14 week
But i dont take PCT as for time on and off

12 weeks on = 12 weeks off I dont take in the PCT

Have blood work done a few wks after PCT is done and see where you stand.

Agreed. I'd still leave 5-10 weeks off to give the body a well earned break. I say less time for EQ only as your HPTA may not have been fully shutdown at a low(ish) dose of 400mg/wk, just inhibited.
