intaking Calories? help please

Is there any kind of liquid that is just good fat calories i can like drink? not the weight gainer powder.. but like calories only that come from good fat does anyone know .. if so where can i get it from? i have tried eating .. i can only eat so much.. and what is the best weight gainer yall know of ? thanks sorry for posting on here but i get better responses from yal

For the good Fats you can Buy UDO's Oil 3-6-9 Any health store, or Flax Seed Oil or fish oil u can throw them on your tuna or in ur eggs.

For a weight gainer I make my own its cheap and easy. I find alot of the store bought weight gainers are filled with undigestible protien and tooo much sugar. Like N-Large.
But if your fixed on buying a weight gainer i heard good stuff about Cyto-Gainer 3 grams of sugar
Home made/Poor Man Weight Gainer
2 sccops whey
cup of milk
Banana
1 cup oats
(u can throw in 1tablespoon of PB as well)

thanks all i appreciate it ... what are UDO oils? ... i did buy some organic flax powder grains... and i poured it in my peanutbutter. made it crunchy and that way i get my ***** 3 all the time.. and some good fats added to my natural pb..
