Spiked into vein?

This morning I had an unusual amount of blood after I withdrew the needle. Reason I had any concern is becuase I normally have no blood, not even a droplet. I had blood run all the way down my leg almost before I could grab a gauge pad to apply pressure to it.

I did feel some resistance when inserting into my glute but didnt think anything of it. However this general area is where I have been injecting for 4 weeks. I didnt have any kinda reaction, other then I got pretty nervous and starting sweating like crazy thinking I injected into the vein. Did I probably just go threw it and right into the muscle?

Went right through it dude.....happens all the time. As long as you aspirated and had no blood return....your go ta go.

4wks huh?? You should really rotate injection sites to keep scar tissue minimized.

dont worry it will happen again. just always aspirate making sure there is now blood

Your fine bro but you should consider shooting some other muscles as well not the same place for 4 weeks. Good Luck!
