    vitamin b12, necessary??

I have seen a few posts and people are mixing b12 with there injections. What is really b12 for? Im sure people have just injected aas without b12. Is b12 recommended or dont really need it?

Some test esters hurt llike a B**ch goin in. Like Prop for one. So some people use injectable B-12 @ 1/2 cc with the test or compound. This helps "CUT" the compoud and lessen the pain. I got advice to use it with Winny, so I may be trying that in the next few months. there are other benifits of B-12 also like producing more RBC's (red blood cells) but you also have to watch not taking too much, so keep searching for more info on it.

    Hope this helps
