    Good Cutting Cycle?

    What is a good cutting cycle??? I am really going to do this. I am starting to lose fat. I just need some backing from somewhere cause all the power guys are giving me sh*t.

    whats your stats age and what are you trying to acomplish by running a cuting cycle.

    what does your diet look like?
    how old are you?
    how tall are you?
    how much do you weigh?
    what is your body fat %?
    how long have you been training?
    have you ever done a cycle before?
    what was it?
    how did it work for you?
    what are your specific goals?

    Thanks 1 buffsbob. I am sorry though I keep forgeting that these people dont know me from Joe Blow and to give an good opinion you need to know about the person. I always do this, one day I will learn. Again, sorry. So now with that out of the way. Right now here are my stats.

    23 years of age.
    55 inch chest.
    20 1/4" arms
    31" thigh ( not all muscle, got some meat there)
    I dont know my body fat. sorry. There is some there though. pics about right.
    Diet right now is just getting started.
    Breakfast: 1 cup oatmeal with sliced apples and 1 teaspoon splenda.
    Work meal #1: turkey or chicken sandwich yes with cheese on whole wheat.
    Meal #2: same.
    Meal#3: chicken strips and I try to take off the breading. sorry its cheap.
    Meal #4: chicken breast salad. No dressing.
    Dinner: whatever my wife cooks, not always good.

    I am open for suggestions. LOL.
    I have a shake somewhere in there. 50 grams of protein. I probably get about 200 grams of protein. Did I mention I weigh 305 lbs??

    I have done some cycles back when with some sust 250, deca 300, and d-bol 50 miligrams a day.

    Havent been on a cycle for about 8 months. Thought about doing a sust 250, enethate 300, d-bol 50 mgs, and clen ??.

    I would say get your diet and cardio routien straightened out FIRST. Once you get into a good cardio routine and have your diet down you will start to shed fat, after a while of doing this I would add in some AAS. But dont jumpstart it all at once imo.

    We can defintely help you out with a cycle but I strongly URGE YOU to get the diet and cardio going before you start up with another cycle if you want to cut. It will be much more beneficial to first figure out what your body reacts to and what YOU need to do to lose weight properly before you get the assistance of AAS. You know what I mean?

    Cool. I would also take any help with the diet and cardio. LOL. Like maybe do the cardio for me. LOL. Just kidding. How would 30 min a day sound??? More???

    Well post up your diet routine etc in the Diet forum for the best help. But when Im cutting I will do it eod for 50minutes on an empty stomach right in the morning (5-10g glutamine first).
    I would say dont do more than an hour at a time though. A lot of people opt for twice a day, morning and night, 45 and 30 minute sessions.
