e.c.a stack question
ok so im going to start taking the e.c.a stack with 25mg/200mg/81mg respectively but how many times a day do you take it and what are the best times.
i've heard 3 times a day, once with breakfast, once with lunch and the other pre workout

Be very careful man, i hate ephedra because of the chest pains/problems it gave me. BE CAREFUL, stop at the first sign of problems, stop everything.

i hear that some are taking it at that same dose 3 times a day;
i only take it twice, otherwise i can't eat or sleep

i took it 3x a day and don't take it for up to hours before you sleep or you'll be up all night....remember to cycle on and off too or you'll wear our your receptors...keep in mind what Skullsmasher said especially if this is your first time using it cuz i remember getting sides almost like an anxiety attack

Sounds good to me, just listen to your body and if 3x a day seems to much, simply drop it to 2x a day..i personally only use it 1x a day to get me started.
Like said above, maybe try 1 week on 1 week off...maybe even 2 on/2 off...see what works for you.***No source checks!!!***

I only take it before workout as a boost now, but I have taken it 2x daily. If I took it a third I would have trouble sleeping.

I'm kinda interested cuz i have sometimes like very brief/slight chest pain, but was before i even started ephedra (ripped fuel).....thx for the info in advance!

I have had chest pains when using ECA with clen , so I stay away from clen when using ECA. I would use the ECA first thing in the morning and preworkout. I have used it when dieting up to 3 times per day and as above had trouble sleeping.

For example, if your blend keeps you charged for 5 hours and you work out from 8-10pm, administering it at 4:30-5pm gives you two hours of formula to burn through during your workout both end at 10pm. You’ll learn how to manipulate it best with time.
Generally the aforementioned (by others chest pain) is a result of using Ephedra with vigorous exercise, but this can also be felt as nausea or shortness of breath during intense lifting. Again moderate your servings.
Clen and Ephedra are very similar compounds, the former being stronger, so mixing them is redundant and likely caused Big Bapper to overdose his servings. This would, with or without exercise cause any of the above side effects.
