Gyno problem,need help

Just did my last shot of test-e at 625mg at week 16,3 days ago I noticed some swelling in my right nipple,I ordered some letro just need too know how much I should take and for how long,
this is what my cycle looks like
wks 1-16 test-e @ 625mg
wks 1-14 deca d @ 459mg
wks10-18 var @75mg ED
wks 18-20 clomid cycle
10-20 mgs nolvadex ED
my stats=5'7'' 215lbs. 10-12%bf
