    Estrogen

THis is a Question to help further my knowledge, now steroids can convert into estrogen, that's how you get gyno, but does estrogen halt your gains because I've heard that estrogen helps your gains, so just curious.

All males have estrogen, it goes hand in hand with test (don't know ratio). As your test goes up so does your estrogen. But I am no pro and looking forward to the answers to you post.

Driving estrogen to very low levels can weaken ones immune system. As Tai said, it also has its benifits. Its not all bad.

No it doesn't. The benefits of estrogen on anabolism are mediocre at best, estrogen binds to the E.R to promote muscle growth and help with glycogen retention, yeah, but so what? Androgens do it to a much higher degree. The risks of having high estrogen levels far out weigh any benefits. Keep estrogen levels on cycle below baseline. (slightly)

like KiLGor said in all aspects in a physiological approach i dont see how estrogen helps w/ anabolic /androgenic activities when your using an exogenous source but.. in personal experience i have way better str gains when i let the estrogen run rampant wether it be due to water retention or some phenomenon w/ me and my man boobs i know not. but i kan tell you this Theory on paper and Results from the Field never seem to coincide...

Estrogen helps with glycogen synthesis and water retention = strength but letting it 'run rampant' IMO is not the healthiest thing to do.
