a bit of help appreciated
Hi everyone.
Looking for some elp with my first cycle and patentail gains.
Anyway stats first.
Age 22
height 5"4
weight 161
bodyfat 15% (possibly due to underactive thyroid glan, Know soon)
Training for 4 years intensly the last 2, with good diet and bout 3 hours a week of cardio.
Thinking of running a cycle of primo tablets 100mg a day for 2 months. I have done my research before comming on and i know a lot of people will suggest a test only cycle for my first but i want min side effects and as little loss post cycle as possible. I was just running if any1 has run a similar primo only cycle and what the gains were.

from what I hear the oral primo isnt much to rave about.. but I have never experienced it myself so bump for people with actual use of the product..

do you think it could be worth going for the injectible?
It s not so much the depo that will be a problem to get its the pins. also i keep hearing contredicting things about needing to run a clomid cycle after the depo.

the pins should be the last of your worries bro.. Yes i think running the Primo Depot at a sufficient dose would yield lean crisp results.. I dont think you will put on 15-20lb of mass like with test but if you are looking to harden up a bit and get a more lean look than primo would be a good choice.. i have never tried it but hear people saying a minimum of 600-1000 mg is needed to see results.. and yes pct will be needed even though its not a harsh drug..

There is another option open to me but i will have to put this off for a few month because i have a holiday comming up and it will make pct more difficult. I can get hold of genuine deca and sust and could do a cycle of 500mg sust and 400mg deca a week, for 12 weeks with nolv on hand for gyno and clomid for after the cycle. but what concerns me is what sort of mass i will lose post cycle and i ve heard that i should also take something like hgc or something close to that name to bring my natural hormone levels back up is this true or not? because that i can not get my hands on.

personally i think you need to do more research as you show you dont know too much about PCT and work on your diet. If you cant gain weight naturally from eating, you wont gain from steroids either, regardless of what you take. 161 lbs isnt that big and dont expect to gain much mass from primo alone. Its much more of a cutting drug that is very useful when you have low bodyfat already

the problem is im trying to cut through the fat as well as gaining weight, what do you think the correct split of prot / fat / carbs / calories should be. currently using a 40% protien 45% carbs and 15% fat(almost all non sat) with about 2000 calories a day, i know this is a low amount of calories but i struggle to keep fat off for some reason( it might be due to an underactive thyroid, ill know soon) and as for the being tiny im 5 foot 4" for my height im am fairly well built, 15.5 " arms, 41" chest, 31" waist(bit big) 22.5" thighs not that big but not TINY put on alot of weight in two years you would not believe how skinny i was before. I ve hit a wall bout 3 months ago ive tried everything to get it going again and a few different routines to shock my metabolism (dropp sets ext) does not seem to make a difference. It may be my diet if you can suggest anything to try different and a possible way to leave the gear for another year i would love some more help.

New routine, what do you think?
Slight change of plan ill put down the training plan im going to be start , rather than the one that’s hasn t been helping. I ll include a ruff guide to my daily eating plan which is more or less the same I just rotate the meats between chicken tuna and salmon.
Im not going to include the individual brake down of amounts just the total daily which is 2700 calories, with about a 40% protein, 50% carbs and 10% fat.
Breakfast weetabix and skimmed milk / protein shake
Lunch Chicken breast sandwich
(Before run) small amount of protein shake with water.
Dinner Chicken breast with steamed vegetables
Before going to gym protein shake with milk
After gym protein shake with water and a tiny tin of sardines.
Every day after work I run for about 20 minutes(real running, not a treadmill) I think its about a mile and half, then have food then to the gym from 7 o clock till 9. Here is a brake down in days of the new routine.
I won’t include the warm up rep of 12 in these figures or the weights which are except for my arms they are mostly equal to or over my own body weight. The last set on each weight ill drop the weight by 20% and do it until failure.
