    when should i throw in winny?

    Im currently on EQ cycle. IM taking 400mgs a week, with two shots of 200 mgs a week. Im in week three and I am wondering when I should throw in my winstrol ?

    No test?

    First off I would bump the EQ up to at least 600mgs for a minimum of 12 weeks. 600mgs works really nice for me when I use it but again it may differ for you so make sure you watch your progress. How long are you planning on running this cycle?

    All of these ?'s will give us a better way to address you main ?

    im running for ten weeks...and im already getting some good results....no test for this cycle gonna see how it works for me you know...but i know i want the winny towards the end because my bodyfat is decreasing with the eq so it wil make me more cut at the end...and i already got my clomid for after.

    No need to bump it up especially if it's his first time. I would of definitely thrown in some Test with this cycle. It's going to take at least 5+ weeks for the EQ to kick in. I would take the Winstrol the last 6 weeks or so of your cycle.

    The only reason I said to bump it up was if he wasn't seeing any results

    I personally ran EQ at 400mgs for my first go and didn't see anything until I bumped up to 600mgs.

    Just continue to monitor your progress and if you ahve to adjust dose do so as needed.

    BTW-eq doesn't usually kick in for me around week 7
