Problems Down South W/ The Boys
I just came off pct last week coming off a 12 week cycle of sust250 & drol. my testes are back to normal but my left ball has been hurting & discomforting this past week. its better now, but i'm getting it checked out by my doctor. the pain is right at the end of the testicle where those tubes or veins all bunch up that are connected to ur testes...
Being that said, i am also experiencing slightly discomforting & limited ejaculation & its scaring me.. my ejaculation comes out in one drop & then i get this slight wierd feeling of pain during the process & it feels like alot more has to come out, but doesn't.
1. has anybody ever experienced this after pct or after any cycle. let me know please.. this sucks & it even doesn't make me want to have sex..
***any brother's on here please help..
thanks,

As engraved on the cover of the Hitchhiker’s Guide to Galaxy, "DON'T PANIC".
Your problem doesn't sound gear related for many reasons.
Gut feeling, since there's only one teste involved:
A tangled or knotted vas deferens.
The vas deferens, are the muscular tubes of the male anatomy (there are two and they each connect to one testicle). Without getting into an anatomy lesson, they transport semen for ejaculation.
Medicine labels everything, but this condition is so rare that there isn't even a medical term for it. But like a garden hose they can become knotted resulting in virtually no flow, and logically great pain due to the pressure build up. The corrective procedure, though invasive, is quite simple. However, this is EXTREMELY rare and other possibilities are much more likely, but does this fit your description?

It's probably just your epididymis. That's that mushy feeling area that you are talking about at the end of your testicle. Sometimes you can strain it from heavy lifting. I went to the doctor once because I thought it was cancer or something, but the doc told me it was just that the epididymis was irritated and some fluid can leak down into it or something and make it very painful down there. That's probably what it is. It will go away.

This is extremely rare and only a possibility, based on your description. And though I said don’t panic, you should still see a doctor immediately because there are other possibilities (Varicocele, a tumor, etc.) which could lead to tissue damage via strangulation. Varioceles often affect the left testicle as in your case because of the position of the left testicular vein.
First answer these of questions:
- Are both testicles descended?
- Have you ever had a hernia?
- Is the pain persistent or does it worsen over the course of a day because of physical exertion.
- Is it relieved by lying on your back?
Your doctor will conduct a physical exam, which may reveal a twisted, nontender mass above your testicle. Some people have described the mass as feeling like a bag of worms. If it's large enough, your doctor will be able to feel it while you're standing up. If you have a smaller varicocele, your doctor may ask you to take a deep breath and hold it while you bear down (Valsalva maneuver). This helps your doctor detect abnormal enlargement of the veins, but he can’t repair it this way.
If the physical exam is inconclusive, your doctor may order a scrotal ultrasound. Not to alarm you, but it is also possible that a tumor is present. If so it WILL BE benign and easily removed I might add. In such a condition the tumor compresses the spermatic vein.
Either way you’re dealing with macro-care for which open surgery is the corrective measure. But since all parts involved are so large it’s easily managed.
Get it checked swiftly.

1. my testicles are both hanging low, if that answers the first question.
2. i have never had a hernia.
3. the pain comes and goes at times, but has not been hurting in the past 2 days.
4. sometime lying down it feels better, but when i'm sitting & have my legs together it tends to aggravate the feeling..
**u mentioned bag of worms.. it felt like that on sunday this past week & at the end of the testicle where it bunches up, it hurt when i touched it or rubbed it.. i put ice on it & it relieved the pain.. i'm going to the doctor tommorrow,
thanks, ill keep u posted..

I agree you should see the doc. I've had a similiar problem off and on ever since a hernia operation on 2003 except that it did not limit my semen output. But pain, bag of worms feel, etc. is exactly the same.
I went to a urologists and he had me go a have a sonogram, like Magic said it was a tumor that sits on top of the testicle. The term was "spermcoid" or something close to that. Doc says that mine were the size of a pencil eraser, but to me they felt as big as my nut. He said that around 50% of men have them in some shape or form and that in some cases they become irritated and enlarged from different activity (free-ballin', heavy liftin', etc.).
He advised that they really weren't worth operating on until they get larger.
In the past 3 yrs. I've dealt with them swelling and getting very painful off and on. I go see him just to get them checked out every 6 mos. or so....or when they get to sensitive. I do know that when I take heavy amounts of trib or after PCT when your really taxing the fellas to start kickin' out the juice, the tumors get inflamed (bag of worm feeling extra) and VERY sensitive. And yes when I examine myself it makes me very WOOZY and cold sweat-like.
The thing that helped me the most is motrin and wearing very tight underwear to give them support. The doc suggested a jock but I've found tight "speedo" type underwear work just as well.
Again, this may or may not be what you are experiencing but just to let you know not all problems with the fellas are catastrophic, even though at the time it may feel like it.
Either way go get it checked out and good luck..

Update, Guys!
I went to the doctor last week & i have to say MAGIC, u were right on the money. it was called a "varioccele".. it is basically an inflamed vein causing ball discomfort due to strain from heavy lifting and/or excessive daily ejaculation.. lol, i cant point exactly what caused it because i lift heavy & i had alot of sex & masturbation during a good month span..
my urologist told me this & i laughed, but its true.. if u stress ur vas differens for example having sex like 5x/day & then rubbing one out at night, trying to ejaculated very little of what u have left, will cause something like a bursting vessel.. so guys be careful, ...
so basicically my urologist gave me Naproxen (anti-inflamitory pills) & some other pill to reduce the swelling down there.. so it feels a lot better & no ejaculation problems thank god.. he told me to take it easy & no more over "doing it".. ..thanks guys..

Glad to be of service.
But it was really your great description that made for such an easy call. Like he said take it easy bru.
Also, avoid exceeding the recommended doses for Naproxen (220 milligrams twice daily), and don't take it for longer than ten days unless directed.

You should call his office and confirm this with a nurse, or call the pharmacy and question this dosage.
I don't speculate when it comes to these types of things:
http://www.drugs.com/naproxen.html
(see “What is the most important information I should know about naproxen?”
and “How should I take naproxen?”)
http://www.fda.gov/bbs/topics/news/2004/NEW01148.html
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Naproxen (see the very bottom of this one)
I’ll PM this also.
