It depens how prone you are to estrogen related side effects. User's ususally use between 10-20mg/ED as a maintenence dose to prevent/reduce estrogen related sides.

I'd go for 10mg/ED, then bump to 40mg/ED if sides arise, then back down to 20mg/ED throughout.
