stupid move

a friend of mine did a very stupid move we were supposed to start a cycle of sustanon and deca 3 weeks ago and we did start it but suddenly after we tok the first shot he told me that he will quit and he paniced that it was too soon for him to consider using steroids anyway i'm on week 3 and it is going well , a more experienced person we know told him to keep using proviron through the 3 weeks take about 25 mg eod or e3d and then after 3 weeks of that shot he took of sust he is supposed to do a very small pct for 1 week of 10mg nolva ed
i just wanna know from u what he said is right or wrong and one more thing could one shot of test shut ur system ?

man i'm not a noob i'm 22 my friend is 24 we r over 21 i'm asking about what to do in my friend's case he took one shot of sust and decided to delay using steroids i told him that was so unwise to do u didn't answer my question yet

pale thanks for ur thread , anyway i'm on week 3 of my cycle now and i'm enjoying it . I was just concerned about my friend who done one shot of sustanon and then stopped so wanted to know what is the right thing to do and still no one replied to me about that

not sure if I understand what you wrote but if its:
you friend took 1 shoot of sust and wants to quit so what to do for PCT?

nothing.
I would not worry about it if he took only one shot.
