    injecting question plz help

im doing 75 mg tren Ace ed. So far i hit the delts both left and right in the past 2 days... i havnt gotten any soreness in them ... can i continue to just do delts. This is my first time doing it.. i am uneasy around needles and my brothers doing it for me. Is there anything wrong with rotating just the delts, or would it me important to use other muscles as well in the rotation.. regardless if im getting sore or not....

    thanks

Its definitly better to rotate sites around or you will get a build up of scar tissue. Trust me, quads and glutes are just as easy, and in my opinion, a lot easier than delts

    Agreed!
With the necessary frequency of your injections you should rotate with more than one body part.

This is about as detailed as you'll see:

Exactly. Site rotation is a must. Scar tissue and improper site-specific absorption may result if a site is overused. Glutes are probably the easiest injection site, esp if your brother is administering the shot. s p o t i n j e c t i o n s.com for more ideas.

You need to rotate in more sites than just delts when doing daily injections. It will keep scar tissue minimized and lessens than chance of an abcess. Rotate your quads and glutes as well.
