I know that arimidex helps to block aromatization,but does that only include estrogen? In a nutshell i want to know if they only prevent estrogen and not DHT.
I am a little worried about mpb.
Also which of these is best for someone doing a cycle who is worried about slight hairloss?

None of those compounds inhibit DHT conversion. There is even some reason to believe they may promote a slightly higher conversion, since the estradiol conversion pathway is partially blocked. Finasteride and Dutasteride are your best drugs for DHT reduction through 5-alpha reductase inhibition. I would recommend testosterone prop.
