Best way to take Triyotex 75mcg caps ?

Wanted to know from anyone that has used this about the best way to take them since this is my first time using them .
They are 75mcg T-3 Capsules filled with beads , i have heard that they are time released but i am not sure

I was thinking about going 75/150/225/150/75 , or 75/150/75 , either that or maybe seperating the beads ? dunno what to do since ive heard its time released , but yea any help would be appreciated .
