Imitrex, is it bad for training?
I just recently started getting migraines and my doctor prescribed me to imitrex which is a vasoconstrictor. meaning it does this:
Vasoconstriction is the constriction of blood vessels, in other words, when the lumen narrows. A vasoconstrictor is any substance or environmental stressor that acts to cause vasoconstriction. Many vasoconstrictors act on specific receptors, such as vasopressin receptors or adrenoreceptors. Vasoconstrictors are also used clinically to increase blood pressure or to reduce local blood flow. Exposure to moderately high levels of stress also induces vasoconstriction.
Will this hurt my training and will i not get a pump?

Examples of vasoconstrictors:
Antihistamines
Adrenalin
Asymmetric dimethylarginine
Caffeine
Cannabis
Catecholamines
Decongestants
Pseudoephedrine
Norepinephrine
Tetrahydrozoline hydrochloride (in eye drops)
Thromboxane

theoretically yes, it would provent blood flow somewhat, thus halting a "pump" much greater than with a placebo...but i think you will be fine
