New cycle

Ok well I just ending my first cycle. I did test only for 10 wks gained about 30lbs. But im looking to do a deca test and dbol cycle i was thinking about this.

wk 1-4 dbol 40mg/day
wk 1-10 test E 500mg/wk
wk1-9 deca 400mg/wk

pct nolva and clomid

let me know if this is good or i need ot change something

Jake, how long are you going to wait inbetween cycles? the cycle itself doesn't look bad. I would extend the test to 12 weeks if you can and run the decca for 10 weeks. Starting PCT 14 days after last test E shot.

That being said. Knowing your stats will help better guide you as far as doses for what your goals are with this cycle

if you are 5'9 @ 220 carrying 8% Bf that is real good

How about your natty growth plates??

If you will go ahead with your plan to use AAS then yes you have a pretty solid cycle set up.. maybe extend the test a bit but yea that would work..

I was thinking about but judging from my parents i will reach 5'10 max. My dad is 5'10 my mom is 5'6 so...

at 19 you still have 2-3 years of high natty testosterone levels mate........personally i would take full advantage of this then resort to steroids to further your muscle growth............
