    injection question

    i herd that u should pull the needle out fast after injections does it really matter? does more of the steroid come back out after if i remove the needle slowly? i dont have a steady hand at all.

    its not that bigof a deal but you dont want to brush up agianst a vain of risk bruising anything so just be gentle dont ripe it up slow and as steady as possible

    just bc you pull out slow does NOT mean the substance will come out..

    Yup. Slow and steady will do. Same for incering the needle, but if you do it slow, you feel it a bit more.

    That's allways better then realy hitting a nerve! When you go slow, and hit a nerve, you feel it and pull back.
    When you just jab it it, your leg might be twisting, and you'll be cripple for a few hours. (for what I've heard) I also heard that the pain you'll be feeling is FAR more worce then insering a needle slowly/ controlled.

    Z Track will work also, but you need a steady hand for that and some practice.

    Agreed Z track takes some practice, but practice makes perfect
