the reason is because this guy offer to do free tatto worth 500$, as he is closin his shop in a month.just to save $$....i ask the question, that what's the real harm?

No harm at all bro, go for it. The only thing that might be an issue is you might bleed a bit more than normal because your BP and Red Blood Cell count may be elevated.
