Anyone Know?
Wazzzzzup from tampa bay !
im 6ft 182plbs and looking to get shredded from hell. I got good definition right now but I think icould get more shredded. I want to get down to 175plbs but all the muscles defined. Could anybody recommend a product to get this done ? t3 , clen ,winny ??????????????
Of course I would be doing tons of cardio and continue to train.

Shortie here are my stats bro
age - 27
hgt- 6 ft
wght - 182plbs
train 5 days a week
1. bench press, incline, dumbell flys, 100 push-ups, abs, 1-mile jog
2. bi's, tri's, forearms, abs, 1-mile jog
3. 1-mile jog, abs
4. shoulders, militray press, flys~~outer ,inner, dumbells,abs, 1-mile jog
5. chest,shoulders, 100-push-ups, 1/2 mile jog
hopefully this can help you decide what supplement ?

bro there are many that give you a lean hard look... do some research (read up on profiles etc...) decide which one you want to try then we can help you with dosages and timing

What is your BF% now?? 6' and wants to be 175...why so skinny? No flame but ripped at 175 from 182 , I really don't think you need ANY AAS to acheive that goal.
Just a little tweeking of your diet

well after day 5 i enjoy the weekend off. I eat boneless skinless chicken for dinner and lunch in addition to a veg. Do you have any advice to give me on my workout routine or something i could do better ? no legs just run......you also said running in morning ? does that cut fat better ?

I'd rethink the 1 mile also, was this arbitrary? 1 mile is rather vague. I mean how fast, what incline, calories burned, heart rate, etc? Try using "time" as your barometer, coupled with the appropriate heart rate, this is often more effective. Then once you know what's happening, you can use distance. Remember, it's easy to go too slow for the "Fat Burning Zone", or to miss it by going too fast.

You don't Have to do legs, BUT then you limit EVERYTHING else so why bother using steroids to make gains when you will be wasting your money.
And NOTHING is worse than seeing those guys in the gym who are so out of porportion with large upper bodies and toothpicks for legs.....
Without a STRONG foundation the building will crumble!!!

Sman is right DUDE... your legs gotta be almost half your bodyweight and the glutes are the biggest and strongest muscle we have, you dont work your legs you are only doing half a workout, exersices like squats will strengthen your lower back and traps in the process and a strong lower back will help pervent lifting injuries so go on have a legs day.... you know it makes sense.
