Wasup bros my friend has all of these I am about to state. sust tren eq and prop he wants to know exactly how he should be taking everything. He has a idea but he asked me for advice because hes not seeing results as he wants to so anyone with any suggestions post it up. Thanks

Well I dont see really why he is running prop and sust together but anyways. Just give him the basic info he needs. Shoot prop ED, shoot Tren ED (if its acetate) run EQ atleast 12 weeks and run sust a week past and prop right up to PCT (3 days out). Tren should also be cut short, depends what type he is using though, if its acetate 8 weeks is a good run.

I am saying this just to give him basic ideas so he doesnt **** himself up, but by no means do I know his stats, cycle experience or ANYTHING about him. I would normally not give out advice in these situations but this guy seems to have already started so he might as well atleast do it right.

Prop 150 1-8
Sust 250 1-12
Eq 200 1-14
