That is a misnomer(sp) It can cause increas in bone structure but ONLY in extreme HIGH doses over a consist longer period of time as the PROS would use.
The average bodybuilder will not use such high doses. I will be working my way up to just 5 iu's for a 6 month period!

If anyone is willing to spend big dollars on hgh just to increase penis thickness. I reccommend you buy a penis traction device to permanently increase penis length too while using the hgh

The scientific reason is multiple, it is more similar to that of height, height is stimulated by HGH during puberty but the growth plates fused after puberty and thus, HGH does not increase height after puberty.

Similary, penile tissue is largerly collagenous elastic fibers and connective tissue and thus, it has similar nature of not responding to exogenous Test when puberty is over.

The molecular basis is that your body turn on and off genes during diff phases of life and thus the receptors and signals growth are turn off earlier than others which explain the difference penile sizes while others stand longer, all will be turn off by 16 or so yrs. w/o the receptors, test cannot act on the tissue of penis which unlike the muscles which express the receptors constantly.
