the sust i can get is 250mgs 1ml amps. i can get them by karachi or egipt. btw i can get the omnas for almost $5 cheaper then the sust... is it worth it?

I'm not a fan of Sust/Omna as I prefer Single ester. I have used the Karachis before and they worked pretty good.
