I dont mean to ask a dumb question or anything , but i have been getting different answers from buddies at the gym.

what is the best time frame for my workout before i take them and head to the gym, an hour or 2 before i head to the gym, or take them right before i go to the gym, what is the best method , has i have had too many people tell me diff answers.

ive allways taken them 2 hours before i do my workout, but a friend of mine tells me to take them right before, WHICH IS IT ?????
