Male 37 yrs old, 95kg, 5ft 8in, 15% BF, Years training 15. Last cycle 10 yrs ago - 'old school' Sust, D-Bol, Deca, Var etc, Taper Cycles no PCT!
Looking at following cycles:
1st.T-Bol 6 wks 40mg ED. PCT Nolvadex 4 wks 20mg ED starting 1st day after last T-Bol day.
2nd. As for 1.
3rd. Prop 6wks 100mg EOD, T-Bol 6wks 40mg ED, Prov 6wks 25mg ED. PCT Nolva 1wk 30mg, 4 wks 20mg starting after last day of T-Bol.
1g Milk Thistle, 1g Vit C, Multi Vit ED while on each cycle and PCT.
Taurine if cramps occure.
Nolva on standby incase of Gyno.
Looking for decent muscle gains and good strength gains with no decreased aerobic or anerobic capacity and moderate/little side effects. (Bad joints so no Winny)
Training - Weights x3 sessions a week, MMA x3 Sessions a week.
Diet - Quality and Clean.
Had conflicting views on above so would like to know what the real deal is!
