1st timer what do you think?
ok im 6'7 31yr 230 dont know b/f been working out off and on for about 3 years. i talked to a friend of mine. about some gear and what im looking to do. i told him that i would like to get stronger and get alittle size...not to much. also to lose some of my belly fat that i cant get rid of.. he said i should do test with eq and that will help with a good diet. also with a good pct. what do you guys think. thanks for any help.

cant do cardio in the am.. get up for work at 430am gym does not open till 5am...have to be at work at 6 am... i do 35-40 cardio now 4 days a week. i do abs but not 30 mins...i hit the gym after work about 230pm

ok thats a start...but they talked about your diet as well bro.you want to make sure diet,training and cardio are on the money.You can probably do alot of growing on those 3 things alone.As you're doing that you can do some research on what kind of cycle you want to do.
