    injecting test cyp how many times a week?

    Earlier some of you guys said 200ml per cc of test cyp wasnt enough once a week. and said i should use 400 to 500ml should i inject all this at one time or split it apart a few days and is that to much to inject in one thigh like i have been doing the smaller 200ml dose with a 1inch 23gauge needle?

    I split my injections. I did my injections on Monday and Thursdays. It helps with the test levels throught out the week. I use 23g and 1.5 inch needle for glute shots.

    That is what I did as well.. 250 mg of Test E Monday and 250 mg Thursday

    Hey...by the way. It's 200mg per cc (or ml) not 200ml per cc. And 200mg per week is not enough. 400mg and 600mg a week is much better but it depends on your cycle history and stats. Someone may see tremendous results with 600mg a week if its their first or second cycle, while more seasoned users would need a higher dose. In any event, yes, split up your dosage throughout the week. Monday and Thurs is good if you're going to do 400mg per week, if 600mg, I'd do Monday, Wed, Fri.

    Thanks for your reply, this is my first cycle ever of anything, ive trained martial arts for 15yrs, but only started lifting seriously for the last two. I weigh 240lbs 5'8" have 17 inch arms and a 34" waist. right now am at 18%
    bodyfat, im eating clean,guzzling water and creatine post workouts, anything you would suggest to help cut my body fat % ?

    Check out the diet forum. start with 6-7 small meals a day spaced 2.5-3 hours apart. Cardio 45-60 min/day
