Dosage?
Hey guys. I did my first cycle of Test E with one shot of 300 mg a week for 10 weeks. Think it would be wise to take 2 shots a week at 150 mg's each this time to keep me steady the whole time? Thank!

More like two shots of 250, post your stats and somebody with more experience, will help you out..

what kind of results did you receive the first time. If you did the same exact cycle, you could expect a lil' less than last time. 250mg twice a week would be more efficient.

5'8, 178 lbs. My last cycle started at 163 lbs and it was the same exact stack except for this time im not using D Bol because I cant get a hold of any of it. Any of you know a good 'booster' for a 4 or 5 week period since Test doesnt kick in right away? Keep in mind im doing this through football season.

How old are you? 20
How tall are you? 5'8 1/2
How much do you weigh? About 175
What is your body fat % 12-14%
How long have you been training? 5 years
Have you ever done a cycle before> Test E, D Bol, Nolva, Clo.
What was it? (Also helps determine compounds)
Knowledge of PCT? Clomid & Nolva
How did it work for you? Little stomach irritation from D
What are your specific goals? gain 10-12 pounds to keep.

At your age, you could EASILY gain the 10-12 pounds you want with proper diet and exercise.
Test Prop would start kicking in about a week after you start 100mgs/EOD
Prop=pain though, most people say the prop ester causes painful injections just so you know

Im not growing anymore. Doc told me im pretty much maxed out at an inch above my parents and brother. Im very aware that I can gain 10-12 pounds but this is a very important season for me due to getting a potential scholarship. Are there are orals I can take to kick boost? Also, will I be able to get gains through this football season in the summer?

OK, you realize that if your food intake is NOT on , then the AAS will be wasted right? There are other orals, but since you can't get the most common which is dbol , tell us what you can get, and we can go from there.
as far as gains through your season and in summer, depends on the cycle, diet, exercise etc.....

SMAN I REALLY appreciate this man. Youre probably the most helpful person I have ever talked about this to. How many grams of protein should I consume a day and calories? I can get just about anything other than DBol right now. I have practice on tuesday and thursdays, games are on saturdays. you advice working the majors once a week?

Stick with 500mg/wk Test Enanthate , shoot 250mg twice weekly.
You could kick it off with Test Prop for 3-4wks at 100mg Every other Day if you wanted.
I'd consume approx. 1.5g/lb LBM.. so for you about 250grams/day should do fine. Calories as I assume you are bulking I'd try to hit between 3500-4000 but a lot depends on how much physical activity you are doing and your current diet.
I'd follow this routine. (I'd include more training specific movements towards football considering you are not a bodybuilder...) What position do you play?
Sun: Legs
Mon: Chest
Tues: FBall
Wed: Back
Thurs: Fball
Fri: OFF
Sat: Gametime.
Most important info at this time will be found in the diet forum.. Timing will be everything also considering your training schedule and program.-B D

I play tail back for a great team around here. We might be ranked in the nation at top 20 so all eyes are on me right now. I just ran a 4.49 last week but I think I can keep it with 10 pounds more. Is the Test Prop a oral?? Is it expensive? Yeahh, Im going to hit the nutrition forum real hard this week and study up on that.

you are kind of young but everyone is different, just don't abuse it. you should probably do one cyle every other year.
