i just finished a 10 week cycle of deca winny and i wasnt overly happy with my results.. i wass considering a finaplix gold or sustonon cycle.. should i do it or should i wait.. if so how long should i wait???

wait at least 8 weeks before starting. btw...have u done clomid yet??


you could run a test/fina cycle. gains will be lean and gains will be plenty. but give your body a couple month break.

What were your gains like? Any other reasons you weren't overly impressed with your results?

i changed my goals to many times where i should have stuck with one
i wanted to be ripped by the end but i am small already so i dont have much size to give up. so then i wanted to be bigger. so i only put on about 7 pounds of lean muscle but ya .. this is my second cycle my first one i put on 12 permanent pounds
