just started cycle of syp need gonna stack with deca i way 225 need to know how much each week and the pins on aar look like just caps do they come with a plunger all i had were disposibles any help would be great

the pin on arr come with the needle and syringe unless you order just needles.

ok weight225 ht. 6ft body fat app. 14% lifting for about 2 years not done a cycle befor work out 4 times a week no special diet starting to stick to chicken droped 10 lbs 28 years old bench is 275 max looking to up that to 300 plus want to get scary big my arms are mean. having trouble squaring off my chest started using test 1 week ago very aggressive in the gym was told after a month to stack deca
